Jean Lampert, Licensed MFT and SEP®

My name is Jean Lampert and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in both California and Oregon. I am passionate about supporting adults in living more fully after painful life events, including the loss of loved ones through death, divorce, family estrangement and trauma. I strive to provide the safety, space and guidance for individuals to come back to their essence.
